Our Methodology

How We Approach Every Engagement

Before recommending anything, we listen. Each engagement begins with a short preparation questionnaire and a first conversation that allows us to understand the business on its own terms — its context, its recent history, its pressures.

From there, sessions are structured but not rigid. We follow the scope agreed at the start, and we raise additional observations only when they seem genuinely relevant. Written outputs are drafted with care and reviewed before delivery.

Our approach does not produce a single answer. It produces a clearer picture, a few well-considered directions, and documents that remain useful beyond the engagement.
