What kinds of businesses does Seroja work with?
We work with owner-led small businesses at early or settled stages, as well as more developed organisations with multiple teams. Our three engagements are each calibrated to a different level of complexity, so there is usually a natural fit.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The First Fold Review is a single session with follow-up notes. Unfolding Growth Planning runs across six weeks with three structured sessions. The Advanced Layered Advisory spans a full quarter with monthly meetings. All timelines are set at the start and respected throughout.
What do I need to prepare before a session?
We send a short, simple set of questions before our first meeting. Basic figures around sales and costs are helpful, but we guide you through what is relevant. There is no need to prepare a formal presentation.
Are sessions held in person or remotely?
We offer both. Our office is in Melaka and we welcome face-to-face meetings. For clients elsewhere in Malaysia, sessions can be conducted online at a time that suits you.
Is what I share kept private?
Yes. All information shared with Seroja during an engagement is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share details with third parties, and you are welcome to ask about our approach to privacy at any time.
How are your fees structured?
Each engagement has a fixed fee set out at the start: RM 600 for the First Fold Review, RM 1,060 for Unfolding Growth Planning, and RM 1,400 for Advanced Layered Advisory. There are no hidden charges or additions mid-engagement.
