This page explains how Seroja uses cookies on our website and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site remember certain information about your session — such as your language setting or whether you have already seen a particular notice.
Cookies do not contain personal information on their own. They are simply identifiers that let a server recognise a returning visitor and deliver a more consistent experience. Some cookies are placed by the website you are visiting; others are set by third-party services embedded on the page.
You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Declining optional cookies may affect some features of the website, but it will not prevent you from reading content or reaching our contact form.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always ActiveThese cookies are necessary for the website to function. They enable basic capabilities such as page navigation, form submission, and access to secure areas. The website cannot work properly without them.
Examples: session token, security state, cookie consent record
Analytics Cookies
OptionalThese cookies help us understand how visitors use the website. The information is aggregated and anonymous — we cannot identify individual users from it. We use this data to improve page content and navigation.
Examples: pages visited, time spent, traffic source (Google Analytics)
Marketing Cookies
OptionalThese cookies are used to deliver relevant content and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. They may be set by advertising partners we work with, and they track visits across websites.
Examples: ad impression tracking, Facebook Pixel, Bing Ads UET
Preference Cookies
OptionalThese cookies remember choices you have made so we can provide a more personalised experience. They do not track your activity on other websites.
Examples: language preference, region setting, display options
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some features on this website involve services operated by third parties. These services may set their own cookies on your device, subject to their own privacy and cookie policies.
- Google Analytics — collects anonymised usage data to help us understand site traffic and visitor behaviour.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the performance of advertising and helps deliver relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Microsoft Bing Ads (UET) — tracks conversions from Bing advertising campaigns.
- Google Maps — embedded on our homepage to display our office location.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services for further information.
4. How Long Cookies Last
Session Cookies
These exist only while your browser is open. When you close your browser tab or window, session cookies are automatically removed from your device. They are used for things like maintaining your state as you navigate between pages.
Persistent Cookies
These remain on your device for a set period — typically from a few days to two years — or until you delete them manually. Persistent cookies allow a site to remember your preferences across visits. Our cookie consent record, for example, is stored for 12 months.
5. Your Cookie Preferences

7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time. You can do this by using the preference controls above or by adjusting your browser settings.
Please be aware that disabling optional cookies may change how some parts of the website behave. For example, without preference cookies, your settings may not be remembered between visits. Without analytics cookies, we lose the ability to improve the site based on actual usage patterns.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before the withdrawal. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the site to function.
